I’ve found that lately I lack the energy needed to do anything. I don’t necessarily mean physically. I’m just in this drab cycle of get up, go to school, go to band practice, come home, eat dinner, shower, then get up and do it all over again.

I’m always pushing myself hard in band practice everyday. Sometimes I ware out my body trying to get things in the show right. I’m so frustrated with the other bass drummers right now because I’m working my butt off and they’re, well, not. I yell at them about their marching constantly and they ask me to be nice about it… but when I’m nice about it they don’t listen. I even tried to have a meeting with them after practice to apologize for being angry earlier that day, but they just kept joking off and it brought me to tears. And they started laughing at me as a I ran off crying. They treat me like crap and I’m sick of it.

I saw some really cute commercials tonight. The one for Diet Mountain Dew with the old lady trying to get a cab was funny. And the Saturn one with all the people running around like they’re in cars was cute!

I have to ask because it’s really bugging me. Is there anyone else who completely hated Evil Willow on Buffy from late season 6? BAHHHH! Everyone was like ‘yeah! evil willow was so cool!’ and I’m like WHAT? Yes, the whole ‘crayon-breaky willow’ thing was a nice sentiment- on Xander’s part. But it’s like Willow started taking self-obsorbed moron pills when Tara died. Oh, and everyone is all making wallpapers, fan art, and layouts with Evil Willow in them. Why? But the thing that gets me the most is that Buffy will just forgive Willow in a second. I know they’re best friends in all… but come on! It’s like in school when they show you those ‘peer pressure’ videos and they tell you that friends who ask you to cheat (like on tests) are no friends at all. Here endeth the rant.

I want to rant a little about tagboards…. I don’t have one and I never intend to. They were *somewhat* cool at first and I will admit to “tagging” at other people’s boards, But all people really do with them is anonymously post about how they don’t like your site. And come on! Do you really need a guestbook, comments, and a tagboard?

I can’t spend much time on the computer today. I have some summer reading stuff I have to do. But I just finished my 3rd day of school. I saw a lot of people today that I hadn’t seen for the first two days- specifically one *special* person, but that will remain an untold story…

Well, my mother and her friend are going to the Titans game, my sister Audra is at a friend’s, and my dad (and I think my brother) are in Knoxville moving couches into Maura’s apartment. I also have a whole pizza to myself. And the house quiet for a period of time. Caio!

I have this feeling with more books than movies, I can see myself starring in a movie version of Angus, Thongs, and Full Frontal Snogging. I’m just like the girl in the book except that boys actually pay attention to her. Heh.
