Shorts: the second biggest reason women shave their legs!
from someone who currently lives in phoenix where the weathermen are proudly saying that it’s 10 degrees above normal, you’ll need the shorts. haha.

Ahhh, Arizona! I was there around this time of the month last year and it was fabulous. You’re definitely going to need those shorts – although, to warn you, it got a bit chilly in a skirt and halter top when the sun hid behind the clouds and a breeze picked up, so I’d recommend keeping a very light jacket with you just in case.
